Poster Sessions

Poster Sessions will take place in the lobby of the State´s Auditorium, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, from 11:30 to 12:00.

Guidelines:

Tuesday's presenters should setup their posters at the Auditorium lobby on Monday, August 5, between 15:00 and 16:00 hours.

Thursday´s presenters should setup their posters on Wednesday, between 13:00 and 14:00 hours

Posters will be set up on a first-come first-serve basis.
Posters shall not exceed 35w x 47h inches (90x120 cm), as 47w x 82h (210 x 120 cm) display boards will be provided.
Local organizers will provide with the necessary materials for the setup, but please remember that there will be no possibility to print out the posters at the conference site.
